Baltimore Album Quilts

There seems to be a renaissance in the sale of vintage album quilts

now that that the economy is on the rise.  With the proliferation of

super modern expressionist quilts, I do not detect a concomitant

rise in the study or making of this truly American genre of work.

Sad, because the study of them and the making of them are two

of the best mechanisms to being a well trained quilter.  Here, for

inspiration, is a Google photo collection of outstanding Baltimore

Album quilts.  And. as an afternote, one of my own.
